1. 30-Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Free Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report any damage or defect, and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • For damaged or defective items, please attach photos of the issue.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
